New York State Public High School Athletic Association
Section V was established for the purpose of providing structure to the scholastic athletic programs in the Section V area of New York State.
Geographically, Section V consists of the city of Rochester, its surrounding towns and villages in Monroe County, and the Counties along the Genesee River and Eastern Finger Lakes.
